Business and Industry Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CESQG) Program
In an effort to meet the needs of small businesses recovering hazardous waste materials, the Board of Directors of the Northeast Indiana Solid Waste Management District established a fee schedule to assist Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQG’s).
This service enables CESQG’s within the District to properly recycle and/or dispose of hazardous waste materials found throughout their company. Fees established under the District contract will be applied to your business. An administrative fee of 20% will also be charged to allow the District to continue to assist said companies with the handling, recycling, and/or disposal and management of the program.
In order to better meet the needs of residents and businesses in our area, it is REQUIRED that businesses make an appointment to bring materials to the District.
The District reserves the right to refuse service or redirect customers and materials to a more appropriate facility, company, or service provider, in the best interests of employee and public safety, protection of the environment and the household hazardous waste program.
