During a field day at Lakeland Middle School, students learned tips for recycling correctly. Here the students are acting out the process of taking bauxite ore, turning it into aluminum, and then disposing the aluminum can in the landfill. The students had to find the problem (landfill) and see how it could be fixed (recycle). This was just one of the many fun recycling activities at the science field day.
